  5. El buen líder se autoconoce, es consciente de sus virtudes y trabaja para sacarles el máximo partido, dotándose así de más valor.
  6. El líder no desea colocarse de forma constante en una posición de autoridad, sino que crece según los demás también se desarrollan. Impulsa el crecimiento de su equipo por medio de la delegación de tareas, valorando a las personas y enseñando a los demás.
  7. La innovación para los líderes es un camino constante y gracias a ella pueden hallar nuevas y mejores formas de realizar las actividades y adquirir una ventaja competitiva.
  8. Los líderes son responsables, no egoístas, por lo que emplean su posición para activar procesos, dinamizar potenciales y, en definitiva, en beneficiar al conjunto.
  9. Los buenos líderes están informados y saben manejar la información de forma correcta, astuta y creativa para motivar el desarrollo y éxito de las organizaciones.
  10. Si bien no todos los expertos están de acuerdo en este punto, muchos sostienen que los buenos líderes tienen carisma, entendida esta como la capacidad para atraer y causar buenas sensaciones, de mostrarse agradable y empático hacia los demás.
